KeyResponsibilitiesContractManagementEnsureadherencetotheservice-levelagreements,performancemetrics,andothercontractualobligationsthroughtimelymonitoringCoordinatethecross-functionalstakeholderstosupportBusinessDevelopmentteamondealreassessmentandcontractrenewalprocessCoordinatethecross-functionalstakeholderstosupportthesigningofsupplementalagreementsGovernanceManagementPeriodicallyorganizethegovernancemeetingsuponbusinessneedsandcontractualobligations,intermsofCEOmeeting,operationsmeeting,andcompliancemeetingSupporttheteamstotimelyfollowupontheactionsdiscussedduringthemeetings,andfacilitatetheexecutionprogressOperationalManagementSupportthebrandteamstofacilitatethemonthlyreviewmeetingswiththepartner,tofairlydelivermessagesuponthestrategy,andmitigatethegapofunderstandingLeadthepreparationoftheperformancereviewupdatesspecificallyfortheCEOandOperationmeetings,withsubstantialbusinessanalysisandinsightssharedwiththemanagementteamsMaintainthebusinesssustainedandstableoperatingaftertheorganizationalrestructuringSetthedirectionandscopeforimplementationofoperationalKPIsforthepartner,andtimelytrackthekeyinitiatives,timelines,andresponsibilitiesoneithersideIdentifyandaddresscriticalissuesthatrequireimmediateattentionwhileworkingdiligentlytominimizecrisismanagementsituations,andescalationtomanagementteamDrivecommunicationefficiencythroughthemanagementofwell-organizedmeetings,toensuretimelyimplementationofthereachedconsensusEmpowerandincreasethecompetencylevelofthepartnerthroughleveragingandintegratingresourcesfororganizingtrainingsandworkshopsbothatthenationalwiselevelandprovinciallevelCommunicatewithbusinesspartnertofollowupthemarketingstrategiesandkeyinitiativesComplianceOversight&RiskManagementCoordinatetheteamstopreparefortheMCAASaudits,andfacilitatethetimelyclose-upofauditfindingsSupportthepartnertodeveloptheextendedcomplianceroadmapwithquarterlytrackingoftheexecutionmilestones,andupdatethemonthlydashboardtomonitorriskswithmitigationactionsAdhoctasksassignedbythel
