岗位职责:Importantresponsibilitiesinthisrolewillinclude:TheSourcingResearchAnalystisresponsibleforperformingprimaryresearch(60%)andsecondaryresearch(40%)inthefieldofPurchasingandSupplyManagementacrossvariousindustriesinGreaterChinaandJapan,suchasadvancedindustries,agriculture,automotive,chemical,electronics,industrial,manufacturing,mining,pharmaceutical,telecommunications,andoil&gas.Workinatypicaldaywouldinvolve:1.Understandingprospectofprocuringgoodsandservicesfromcertainregionofinterests2.Collectinginsightsaboutthemarketconditionfromsupplierinterviewsanddeskresearch3.Identifyingtopsuppliersincertaincategoriesandtheircapabilities4.Solicitingpricequotationsforgoodsorservices5.PerformingcostmodelingandanalysisResponsibilities:1.Understandresearchrequirementsandformulateactionableresearchapproaches2.Driveclientdiscussionsonscopealignment,timelineplanningandfeedback3.Identifyandgatherrelevantcompany,industry,andmacro-economicinformationusingabroadspectrumofappropriatesources–includingpresssearch,databases,coldcall,etc.4.SynthesizecleartakeawaysfromcomplexinformationusingbothqualitativeandquantitativemethodsDeliveraccurate,insightfulresearchfindingstoclientsasperthecommittedtimelines5.Developandmanageknowledgesubjectsinarangeofindustryandfunctionalareasforself-upskillingandteamsharing任职要求:Skillswe’relookingfor:1.Bachelor’sdegreeorabove2.0-3yearsoffull-timeworkingexperience;exposuretomarketresearch/consulting/generalprofessionalservicesindustryispreferred3.Extrovert,confidentpersonality.Comfortablewithprimaryresearch,withexceptionaltelephoningandemailingetiquette4.SolidcommunicationandcoordinationskillsinbothEnglishandChinese;proficiencyinJapanese(N1andabove).Abletowritefindingsprofessionallyandconciselyintherelevantlanguages5.Stronganalyticalskillswithafocusonbusinessissues;goodcommercialsense6.Abilitytolearnanddeliverinafast-pacedworkenvironment;havingasenseofurgency.7.Extremelyhighattentiontodetails;puttinghighestpriorityonaccuracyandquality8
